Sanjay Mathur is a distinguished HR communications super expert with an illustrious career spanning four decades across diverse industries. His extensive experience in business consulting, energy, steel, IT/ITES, office automation, and automobile sectors has honed his ability to craft and implement effective communication strategies that drive organizational success. As an HR veteran, Sanjay has consistently demonstrated his prowess in aligning business objectives with communication initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and facilitating smooth organizational transitions.

 

Throughout his career, Sanjay has been at the forefront of transformative HR communications, particularly during his tenure at Reliance Industries Limited, where he played a pivotal role to steer the company's flagship Energy business evolve into one with multinational character and footprint. His expertise in managing communications for complex business scenarios, including mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and international expansion, sets him apart as a thought leader in the field. His unique blend of technical knowledge, gained from his engineering background, and strategic HR acumen, developed through his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, enables him to bridge the gap between technical complexities and clear, impactful communication.

At Xerox, Sanjay led the HR function for the company's Marketing Operations in India and SAARC countries, and was appointed as the HR point person to handle and oversee the reverse merger of Xerox India operations with the parent US company. His ability to communicate complex organizational changes and technology shifts effectively was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition.

Sanjay's expertise in HR communications was further honed during his tenure at GE Capital, where he was a founding member of the leadership team that set up Genpact, the world's largest BPO. His communication skills were critical in establishing Genpact as the industry standard for back-office outsourcing, as he guided the integration of a series of financial services, outsourcing, and IT solutions companies to exponentially grow the organization.

These experiences at Xerox and GE have further solidified Sanjay's reputation as a strategic HR communications leader, able to navigate complex organizational transformations and drive change through effective, employee-centric communication.

 

In his current role as the Founder of Forsee Advisory Services, Sanjay continues to leverage his vast experience to guide organizations through critical challenges. His global perspective, shaped by working with clients across India, UAE, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, USA, and Cambodia, brings a rich, multicultural dimension to his approach to HR communications.
