As a faculty member for T-SOC’s Sales and Marketing Excellence for Fresh Graduates course, he leverages his extensive experience to mentor aspiring sales professionals, equipping them with practical strategies to excel in any industry. His leadership at JK Cement from 2019 to 2023, as Business Head for White Cement and Paint Business, propelled the company to India’s No.1 position in the skim coat segment within four years, achieving a 1.8X revenue increase and 1.6X EBITDA growth through innovative brand positioning and product diversification. Niranjan also drove JK Cement’s bold entry into the competitive decorative paints market, surpassing INR 200 Crores in revenue in its first year and launching tile adhesives to transform the business into a multi-product, multi-SKU enterprise.

Before JK Cement, Niranjan held senior leadership roles that showcased his ability to innovate and deliver results. As Senior Vice President & CMO at JP Associates from 2011 to 2014, he developed a pioneering sales and marketing channel for the fertilizer market, setting an industry-standard model widely adopted now. His earlier tenures at Reliance Industries (2002-2008) and Tata Teleservices (2008-2011) saw him spearhead greenfield projects and retail strategies, significantly boosting market share and customer engagement through creative sales approaches. Niranjan’s operational excellence is evident in his optimization of manufacturing and logistics processes, including converting dispatch areas into Private Freight Terminals (PFTs), which reduced costs and created new revenue streams across organizations. His strategic business leadership, sales and marketing innovation, and cross-functional team management have consistently driven business turnarounds and transformations.

Niranjan holds an MBA from the University of Jodhpur and an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Management from the prestigious Chicago Booth School of Business.
