Methodology 

 

This executive-level workshop is highly interactive and includes: 

 

- Two rounds of case study discussions: Participants will analyze complex business scenarios and present strategic solutions. 

 

- Two mock executive interviews: One-on-one interviews focused on leadership and strategic decision-making. 

 

- Board presentation simulation: Participants will present a strategic plan to a mock board of directors. 

 

- Peer and expert feedback: Constructive feedback from both facilitators and fellow participants. 

 

- Personal brand development: Guidance on cultivating an executive presence both in-person and online. 

 

- Networking strategies: Techniques for leveraging and expanding professional networks.
