  • Channels and Tools: Exploration of various communication channels and tools commonly used in internal communication.

  • Employee Engagement and Motivation: Strategies for engaging and motivating employees through communication, fostering a positive organizational culture, and promoting alignment with company values and goals.

  • Change Communication: Techniques for effectively communicating organizational changes, such as restructuring, mergers, or new policies, to minimize resistance and maximize understanding and support.

  • Crisis Communication: Preparation for handling IC during crises or emergencies, including risk assessment, crisis planning, and message development.
